GREGSLIST - GREGORY SHIEL

I'm Gregory — the person behind Gregslist. I wear a lot of hats: DJ, producer, event planner, designer, and community builder. I’ve dedicated the past several years to organizing events, supporting local artists, and designing everything from posters to experiences that stay with people. This work is reflected in both my voluntary and business venture work with the UL Music Society, and AFTR5 Events.

I believe in authenticity, integrity and creativity, what drives me as an artist is the unrelenting challenge that life provides us with, and how we reflect personal experiences through art, I have a passion for live performance and feel that the performer-audience relationship is unlike any other.
I love pushing boundaries when it comes to expectation. I aim to create an expanded audio visual experience utilising AV systems and a social settings in a combined framework. I strive to attract individuals who thread the line of fine art and commonality/commerciality. Knitting a community together and managing this is one of the most rewarding challenges I have ever experienced.
